Laura Albritton is a mom, writer, travel blogger, and Florida native who lives in Miami. Her parents took her on her first trip overseas when she was just a baby -- and she was bitten by the travel bug!
She had the idea for Miami for Families after reading so many travel articles about Miami that focused on nightclubs and a strictly adult scene.
Living in Miami with her own family and hosting loads of relatives and friends with children led her to realize that there needed to be a well-researched, informative, and fun guidebook specifically addressed to the needs of families traveling to Miami with kids.
So...she wrote it!
