Today's Miami Moment takes us to...
the Wynwood Walls!
Located in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, these large, remarkable murals were painted by artists from around the world, and span 6 buildings.
Entrance is free: you simply walk in and absorb the art. It's very casual, making this a great cultural activity with children.
After strolling around, check out some local galleries or head for lunch at a nearby restaurant like Wynwood Kitchen & Bar or Mmmm Tartine.
The Wynwood Walls are a fantastic example of how art can be used to revitalize neglected urban areas.
